We are a family owned full service Real Estate and Property Management Company serving Delta and Montrose counties. Susan and Amy are both Iicensed Realtors with 30+ years of combined experience. Susan has lived in Delta since l96l and Amy was born and raised here. Susan purchased Aardvark Realty in 2007, Amy has since become a Co-owner. Amy is the one with the better computer and technology skills while Susan is more “old school”. As mother and daughter we work well together to cover all aspects.
Real Estate
Delta and Montrose counties have a wide variety of properties, most are unique. Even in the subdivisions, there’s not usually 2 exactly alike! Same thing with Buyers, there is a wide variety and no two are looking for exactly the same thing. Amy and Susan know the area and know the people! The challenge is to find the right buyer if you are the seller, and the right property if you are the buyer. We welcome that challenge.
Sellers, we will use our experience and knowledge to guide you through the listing, showing and sale process. Buyers, we really listen to you about what you are looking for, then search to find and show you the available properties that fit your criteria and price range.
Property Management
We are a Landlord Agency for rental property owners, we work for you. The tenants are Customers. We currently manage single family homes, apartments, a trailer park, a storage facility, and some commercial properties. We use up to date software that is user friendly to both owner and tenant. Tenants can pay online, owners have a portal where they can view all transactions and access their financial reports. We screen tenants and do background checks. Placing good tenants is the first step to a long and successful Owner/Manager relationship.
